The special effect wont be trigered as u wont shot enough arrows. The rest of the weapons is not fully used if u go for obsidian but the archer shortspear is still usefull but u wont use the passive for more then stalkers mark and maybe some basic ranged attacks. Katana shortspear is to counter plate wearers as shortspears proc ignores all pdef for 1 attackġh axe maybe used by some but it can proc bleed that breaks the sleep (used by some) Sword katana is the most general weapon combination as it good against most with parry proc and crit proc.
